If you are in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. We will issue a full refund including standard delivery costs.
Exceptions apply to sealed hygiene products once opened (e.g. needles, inks, aftercare) and custom items.
