Refund policy
Tattoo supply London care fully select all the product and manuals checked before sale.
Everyone own responsibility to choose and use the items on the right way and make a research before buying any item.
We offer a 14-day return policy on all unopened and unused products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery in the UK and 30 days from outside UK for a full refund of the product price. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
Please note that original delivery/shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refund take up to 7 working days and only by bank transfer or PayPal.State in your email which you prefer.
Any returnable items which seem faulty and are still under warranty can be returned to us for inspection. If a fault is confirmed we will attempt to repair the item. If a repair is not possible we will provide a replacement. It is the customer's responsibility to pack the items well so they arrive back with us safely. We would recommend using an insured, trackable service. Once received, we testing the product and if is found to have no actual fault and is just down to poor troubleshooting, it is again down to the customer to collect the item(s) from us or pay a redelivery charge
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at: [your email address]
Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. We will issue a full refund, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Exceptions — the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed (e.g. needles, inks, aftercare products)
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
